Ohio Biotech Campus
Nodes Bio is developing a 50,000 sq ft multi-tenant biotech hub in Central Ohio. The $66M project will serve as an anchor facility with 3-5 additional biotech tenant companies, creating 550+ jobs by 2035.
The facility will include wet labs, computational biology workstations, and shared amenities, with room for future expansion. We're working with the City of Dublin Economic Development team as part of their Ohio Life Sciences Ready Community initiative.
